Since the beginning of time, moms have been caught between two worlds—the pull of family and the pursuit of a career. And like most decisions in parenting, there never seems to be a perfect answer.
Being a working mom means hectic mornings, late nights, missed moments captured in iPhone photos, and leaning on a village to make it all possible. And even with all that support, it’s still one of the hardest plays to run.
That’s why I created The Working Mom’s Playbook—a space where real moms share real stories. Here, you’ll hear about building businesses while battling infertility, finding your personal style as a new mom, reaching breastfeeding goals without sacrificing your career, navigating parental leave, and so much more.
So, let’s dive in—because let’s be honest, our time is short, and someone is probably calling for us already.
The Working Mom’s Playbook is available wherever you listen to podcasts.
What Moms Are Saying…
Meet Antonia!
Hi! I’m Antonia, the host of The Working Mom’s Playbook podcast. Before launching the show, I was a first-time mom doing what so many of us do—trying to juggle it all. I was working full-time, keeping a home running, cooking dinner, squeezing in workouts, trying to maintain a social life, and still be fully present with my son. In the middle of that chaos, I finally understood the true weight of the mental and physical load mothers carry. Adding a career on top of that? It felt nearly impossible.
Eventually, I transitioned from being a full-time magazine editor to a marketing role at a local real estate group in Philadelphia—one that offered a bit more flexibility. But navigating that shift opened my eyes to a bigger question: Where is our village? Where is the support system that helps us work, mother, and still care for ourselves? Does it even exist?
That’s why I created The Working Mom’s Playbook—a space where real moms share real stories. My hope is that this podcast becomes a modern-day village for all of us: a place to hear experiences that reflect our own, learn from different perspectives, explore the topics that shape us, and feel a little less alone as we navigate motherhood, work, identity, and everything in between.
